Had a check engine light come on for a problem with the transmission. Sierra Motors diagnosed the problem and called GM for me because a service bulletin had expired in March of 2025. GM agreed to pay 90% of the repair and I paid 10%. This was an excellent outcome. Sierra Motors repaired my car the next day and I was back on the road.

I had an excellent experience at Sierra Motors in Jamestown, CA, and I can’t recommend them enough — especially Ricky McMann and Chad Hockey. Ricky was super knowledgeable, straightforward, and completely no-pressure, which made the entire car-buying process easy and stress-free. He took the time to answer all my questions, explain everything clearly, and never once made me feel rushed or pushed into a decision. When it came time to finalize everything, Chad Hockey in Finance was just as great to work with. He was honest, transparent, and efficient, walking me through the numbers and options clearly with no surprises or last-minute pressure. The pricing was exactly as discussed, which I really appreciated. Overall, this was one of the smoothest and most positive dealership experiences I’ve had. If you’re shopping for a vehicle, I highly recommend Sierra Motors, and definitely ask for Ricky McMann and Chad Hockey. I’d absolutely come back again.

I looked everywhere for the truck I wanted. My search went out 500 miles from my location. Eventually I realized Sierra motors had the best price I could find. I started out looking for an SLT truck but ended up upgrading to a Denali for the same price others were selling the SLT. There was no stress or over selling just an easy transaction.
